Expanding info cards showcase

Hover or focus a card to reveal its extra-info panel — no JS, and sibling cards never reflow.

What's configured here (see config/page_level/showcase-card-expand.config.php):

layout.grid with itemComponent: 'content.cardExpand' and class: 'content-grid--card-expand' — the modifier keeps cards at their natural height so the expand overlay doesn't disturb the grid.
Each card's badge is the colour-block/text variant here; set badge.type = 'image' to render a graphic instead.
The [more] indicator on the blurb disappears once a card is expanded, and extraInfo fades/grows in.
