Showcase - CoreSite

A sample collection of CoreSite engine features and config variations.

Each page below sets a different combination of page-level config to demonstrate a feature in isolation. Open the page-level config file alongside each page to see exactly which keys produced the result — that pairing is the best way to review what has been built.

Header behaviour

Transparent, hide-on-scroll header with a left-aligned nav, layered over a full-bleed overlay hero.

Standalone navigation

layout.nav rendering as one self-contained unit (own toggle/drawer/backdrop) with no layout.header on the page at all.

Hero split media

Split media on the left with a glass content panel, using a delegated image component.

Hero background media

Full-width background image with centred content, scrim opacity, and a container frame.

Hero positions

Foreground media and no-media states using the same Hero content contract.

Hero image swap

Three images crossfade automatically via content.mediaCollection, delegated by the same Hero background slot.

Media carousel

content.mediaCollection's carousel presentation used as a standalone section (no Hero), with drag/swipe, arrows, and indicators.

Dialog / lightbox / alert overlay

overlay.dialog's shared backdrop+panel contract across dialog, alert, and lightbox variants, each with its own customised trigger.

Link behaviours

Site-wide underline-slide style with a custom colour and thickness, plus a per-link style override example.

Actions

content.action/content.actions — the shared primitives behind every button, CTA, and dialog launcher — contrasted with plain inline text links.

Card hover scale

Content cards with hoverScale enabled, alongside the engine icon set.

Expanding info cards

content.cardExpand reveals a hidden extra-info panel on hover/focus, overlaying past its own footprint so sibling cards never reflow.

Image component & hover effects

Flexible image component with borders, radii, and hover effects (translate-Y, scale, opacity, border colour/outline, inner zoom) with site/page defaults and instance overrides.

Composed site approximation

A small driving-school business site built entirely from existing components combined on one page — hero, cards, expanding instructor cards, a gallery carousel, and a contact form.
