Card hover scale showcase
This page overrides components.card.hoverScale for this page only.
What's configured here (see config/page_level/showcase-cards.config.php):
components.card.hoverScale = 1.15— cards below scale up slightly on hover/focus (default is1, i.e. off).components.engineIcons.enabled = true— enables the inline SVG icon sprite used by the first card'siconfield.
Still to review: whether 1.15 is too subtle/too strong, and whether the scale should also apply on keyboard focus for accessibility parity with mouse hover (it currently does, via :focus-visible is not yet wired into the card CSS — hover only).

A second item proves the card list does not depend on a fixed count.
Service Three
Add or remove items here without changing the page template.
Service Four
Four items should naturally form two rows on a suitable content width.
